office development by Foster and Partners 2001-2003. It is the
headquarters of the Mayor of London and the London Assembly. Situated on
the Thames by Tower Bridge, from which the picture was taken. In the

gain. The idea of a spherical shape is that it provides more internal
volume for less surface area and gives greater energy efficiency.
The Scoop at More London is an outdoor sunken amphitheatre with free
events in the summer months. |
